Statistics show, children who have meals with adults at home are less likely to use drugs. In fact, by having just one meal a day with your child, you could decrease the likelihood that he/she will try marijuana by up to two-thirds! Come and learn simple strategies to build on your relationship with your children.

Topic:  Social Media-Strengths and Menaces

Today’s generation is exposed to an array of experiences through the internet, whether researching for school or trying to be the next viral video star. We will explore some of the most common online mistakes by youth and will look into what is trending. Join us and learn some of the telltale ways to determine if your youth are putting themselves at risk while online, how to talk with them and ways to monitor their internet use.
